CHAIR VIC KOHRING called the meeting of the House Special
Committee on Oil and Gas back to order at 3:35 p.m. Present
were Representatives Kohring, Holm, Rokeberg, McGuire, Crawford,
and Kerttula.
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
LINDSEY DINGMORE, Government Affairs, XTO Energy, Inc., assisted

company started out small, he said, but has seen a dramatic
growth in 2004.
CHAIR KOHRING asked if there was any legislation, either pending
